I have just decided that I am going to quit smoking. As of right now. Today . Effective immediately.
I will let you know tomorrow how my first 24 hours have gone.

Good luck puppy cat. This was a while ago...did it work for you - any updates? Giving up crack is quite hard, so you have my full support.
