My Boyfriend is a Hero and he Chased Away the Robber

...in his own words (in an email to me here at work)

"So, i'm sitting at my computer and out the corner of my eye someone walks past the bedroom window. Couldn't make out much except that it was a male, wearing light brown cargo pants and he was skulking about our yard! Sassy was asleep in our bedroom with me, but as soon as i stood up she knew something was going on. i go out the front door at speed hoping to catch up with whoever in the carport, Sassy growling and barking behind me. Carport : nobody, Greenroom : nobody, i calm Sassy down and check the back gate : nothing suspicious. Then i notice that the neighbours dog is going stupid as well, so i stick my head over the fence and there he is doing more skulking. First i say 'gday', no response - he walks away and i yell out 'Are you OK?', no response - he starts legging it! So i leg it to the front gate and there he is leaping over next doors front fence onto the street heading away from our place. By now Mel is awake and has joined me at the gate. i yell out 'You right mate?', nothing 'OI! What are you doing?'
- to which he finally and quickly replies, 'I was lookin' for my dog'.
Yeah, right mate. Brown cargo pants, Caucasian male, short brown hair
- i got your number buddy!",

So apart from the excessive amounts of "skulking" and "legging" I am very proud of Paul and the valiant Sassy. I will certainly sleep better at night knowing they are there.

There is nothing quite like support to chase away Robbers. Well done you guys. I will never trust a cargo pant wearer again. This actually reminds me of our brave, brave sir Sammy, investigating the noises under the Ludmilla home. heheh
